4.1.1 | Your password is expired |
| Renew your password.
If you get the error message "The conditions of use are not respected. Your password was modified too recently. (...)", it is because of a 7 days-security period of time during which the user cannot reset the password by himself/herself.
If necessary, contact an other ADF or call the Help Desk. |
4.1.2 | You did not receive it by e-mail |
| Contact an ADF giving your IPN and new e-mail address.
Then, refer to the other items of this page |
4.1.3 | Your IPN is expired and/or suspended and you know an other ADF |
| Request your IPN reactivation from him/her. |
4.1.4 | Your IPN is expired and/or suspended and you do not know an other ADF |
| Request the reactivation of your IPN.
