| Ask your ADF (*) for your IPN and for a new password. |
| 2.2 | You do not know your ADF |
| Call the Help Desk. They will send by e-mail the name of your ADF, then follow the above process. |
(*) The ADF (Delegated Administrator) is a person in your company, authorized to create IPNs for connection to the Portal's private workspace.
