IPPRF Logistics

IPPRF Logistics is a solution of multidimensional analysis which enables to compute the logistics indicators according to the chosen axes (Supplier, Product, Client, Project, Purchasing organisation, Plant organisation). The actors concerned are the following:

• RENAULT:

  • In the assembly plants, Logistics people, and specially the APLF (Person in charge of Animating the Logistic Performance of Suppliers).

  • In central, Logistics responsibles and Purchase department.

•  Suppliers:

  • Logistic responsibles,

  • RENAULT contacts.

IPPRF Logistics enables to visualise and check the logistics perfomance indicators which are:

• Logistics incidents such as production line stoppage and incompletion. 

• Two Service rates:   

  • one caculated at the end of the day based on delays,

  • the other calculated for each delivery time-slot taking into account advances and delays on quantities.                                            

• AVIEXP Quality (Advice of Dispatch).                                            

The analysis of these indicators enables to ensure preventive and corrective action plans in order to reach the global logistics perfomance objectives.

The ADF (Delegated Supplier Administrator) manages online the access rights of his users, without the help of Renault. The users request their rights to the ADF through the eProcess SPS, in the left banner of the Portal.
