Suppliers Volumes

The Volumes Application enables those authorized within the supplier’s company to access the following information:

• registration results and market forecasts published by the Marketing Department
• vehicle assembly plants’ production forecasts derived from the Planning Cycle and validated in the Objective Fixing Conference (C.F.O – Conférence de Fixation des Objectifs) by the C.E.O.   These forecasts are for the current year and the following year from May onwards.
• documents presented during monthly informative meetings
• capacity reference books for the years Y+1 and Y+2       

The information is updated on a monthly basis.

Technical requirements:

Tou are able to access this application from Purchasing area in the Renault Portal. This application is available on the Internet, SITA and ENX networks.

Process of request for access:

In the case of suppliers who are invited to, or are represented at, the IFRs, those for whom the ADF (Supplier Administrator) has made a request for access which has been validated by the Supplier Volumes Application Administrator

Production by plant & project is accessible to all. This application allows to obtain:

• the forecasts of markets all marks of certain countries

• the realized and the forecasts of the factories

These data concern the year N and N+1 so available.
