ELTA

The Logistics Site for Transport and Supplies is an application directed to the hauliers, suppliers and cross-dock centers allowing them to exchange, with RENAULT, operational information related to transport logistics and the supplyi flows.
This application is part of RENAULT’s politics for the integration of its partners in the common working processes.

This new technology replaces the old means of data exchange (minitel, fax,…) with an eye to improving the reaction from our partners and creating greater transparency.  

This application is directed at:

         - Hauliers, 

         - Suppliers,

         - and Cross-dock centers 

This application allows:

- HAULIERS to:

1. create and send on-line the incident forms allowing Renault to follow the transport,

2. give explanations about the reasons behind the delays noted upon arrival at the factory, one of the criteria for which the haulier is valued.  

3. get hold of the transport orders, capture the activity and display the pre-invoices  

4. consult the transport documentation in force (FCC).

SUPPLIERS to:

- CROSS-DOCK CENTERS (CGR) to:

1. do transport requests  through ELTA.

2. consult the transport documentation in force (FCC).

The administration for the rights to access ELTA is delegated to the partners. Each haulier / supplier / cross-doch center appoints an ADF, Supplier Managing Director, (Administrateur Délégué Fournisseur)  who is responsible for the creation of the user ID numbers (IPN).

Your ADF should supply you with an IPN number and password.  This is necessary  in order to access the site.

Your ADF should also give you the rights to work with the application.
