1 – Registering your company as aRenault Supplier
Your company (legal entity) must have a Renault account number.
2 – Portal registration
Your Sales Director or legal representative must have signed the Portal Terms and Conditions (CAU) and appointed at least one ADF per entity via the form that has to be transmitted to the Purchasing Department in charge of your area.
3 – Creation of user access to the private area
User access (IPN identifier and password) is created by the ADF, at receipt of an user request via the form available on the public home page. You will received them by email at your registration by your ADF.
Those codes allow the access to the private workspace, personalized by your user profile. The search motor brings the whole published information.
4 – Allocation of access rights to an application
To obtain a right of access to an application, the user must apply via eProcess from the left menu of the private workspace.
There are two kind of applications:
Some applications can need another level of securized access:
secure a logging through a site of your company: access restricted to the ENX network (automotive private network)
avoid the identity usurpation: access through an activ card generating a specific code, added to the IPN and password.
5 – IPN reactivation
To obtain an IPN reactivation, the ADF must request via the form on the public home page that indicates what to do next.

6 – Delete an ADF
Your Sales Manager or your legal representative must do the request through the form on the public home page that indicates what to do next.
7 – Replace an ADF
Your Sales Manager or your legal representative must do the request through the form on the public home page that indicates what to do next.
8 – A company termination
A company access to the Supplier Portal can be terminated by the two legal sides:
termination by the Supplier entity: cancellation of the whole activities with Renault Group
termination by Renault Group: A lack of respecting the CAU (Conditions of Access and Use) by the Supplier entity or cancellation of activities with Renault Group.
